Maggie Marie Sajak (born January 5, 1995) is an American country music singer. She is the daughter of Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak and wife Lesly Sajak.

Life and Career[]

Sajak grew up in the Severna Park, Maryland, area. She began playing the guitar at age 12. In 2011, she released her first single, "First Kiss", an upbeat country pop song. The music video for "First Kiss" was directed by CMT Music Award-winning director Trey Fanjoy in Nashville, Tennessee. Sajak's video was featured on the January 3, 2012, episode of Wheel of Fortune as a tribute to her 17th birthday. In 2013, Sajak recorded a song in Nashville called "Live Out Loud" to honor Muriel Walters, a teenage girl in Maryland who was battling cancer. Soon afterward, one of her songs was featured in the season finale of Sweet Home Alabama.

Maggie made her debut on the show on February 13, 1996 when she was just 1 year old.

From January 6-10, 2020, she was brought in to take over for Vanna White at the puzzle board, while White was filling in for Pat Sajak as he was still recovering from his intestinal surgery.

Since the beginning of Season 39, she has become the show's media correspondent.

On Celebrity Wheel of Fortune which aired May 10, 2023, she was brought in once again to take over for Vanna White at the puzzle board, while White was competing against current Jeopardy! co-hosts Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings.
